I cannot express how much of an asset Tina has been for me as a practice administrator. We don't know everything, so it's very beneficial to have someone with real life experience, ideas, and resources to get advice from. After speaking with her, I always feel motivated to be a better leader for my team, and I think she makes me a better manager for that.
