First of all, we have added a one-on-one session for the doctor and Dr. Peter Wishnie to do a deep dive in understanding the numbers in your practice and what you need to be tracking. Then we have added additional one one-on-one coaching for your staff members. This can be done quarterly in two 30-minute sessions. So you could break it up front office, back office, however you would like.
We can discuss that and the topics. Then each quarter you will receive a team teaching, where I Zoom in and do the presentation on the topic of your choice with you and your staff. And as the last of the four bonuses, I will do a quarterly planning session either with the doctor and office manager, team leads, so that you can set up your practice and every quarter have goals that you need to reach on training, on practice management topics.
