Hi, it's Tina, and I'm here with your one-minute management tip. Do you find that there are maybe one or two things, maybe more, that consistently waste maybe just even 10 minutes a day, but it's repeated over and over? And maybe you think, well, 10 minutes a day isn't that much, but do you know, over a year, it could be 40 hours.
And wasting time in one thing causes wasted time in something else. So my tip to you is if you feel that time gets wasted in your practice on certain tasks, or maybe not having systems in place, ask your team to identify one repeated delay and then work together to eliminate it. Less time wasted, smoother workflows, and more time for good, quality patient care.
So don't just live with it. Learn to fix it and then move forward. And if you have any questions or need any help, all you have to do is email me at [email protected]. Remember, small delays create big impacts. Take care. Bye.
