Dr. Andrew Schneider of Houston, Texas, joined Top Practices in 2008. Since then, his practice has grown significantly, allowing him to see more patients, market effectively, and achieve a better work-life balance.
-
My practice is running the best it has ever run, our financials are watched closely, I have the best, most engaged, and the happiest staff I’ve ever had. I have the most confidence I’ve ever had in our delivery of services.
-
The turning point, the shift in my mind, was when I attended the Top Practices Summit in 2017. That was when I saw colleagues doing so well and they were really using no excuses for failure. I thought ‘I can do this, I clearly can do this!’
-
I enjoy being able to collaborate with others that are in the same situation as I am.
-
It’s good to see others’ failures and successes and apply [them] to my life.
-
The positive energy [at Summit] was contagious!
-
The Summit is like the mortar that holds all your bricks together to build your empire.
-
The Summit is the annual mindset turbocharger I need.
-
The small group interactive sessions with new peopled opened my mind to new ideas and allowed me to share things with others that they didn’t know.
-
It was really helpful to hear about the success and mistakes other offices were dealing with.
-
[The] round table conversations were not only informative and eye opening but supportive. Very positive responses—no negativity!
-
I really enjoyed the Goal Setting from Saturday morning. I believe that is going to help me tremendously all throughout the year.
-
It was overwhelming until Rem laid out the blueprints for how to implement it.
-
I am grateful to Rem for sharing his expertise with my staff and doctors and bringing his unique gifts to our practice. It changed attitudes and focuses that day and brought us together in a way we had never experienced.
-
This is the first conference that I have been to that I have felt the positivity with so much impact.
-
Being able to collaborate with all the marketing directors in a masterminding setting was my favorite part of Summit.
-
The best parts about Summit were networking with colleagues and having a goal setting deadline.
-
The best part of Summit was connecting with so many nice marketers who were willing to share their experiences.
-
They’re really a boost and it also helps me to connect with other doctors. Talking and getting to know other doctors has been a great network to get established.
-
[The Summit] is the only meeting that’s not depressing.
